Srisan LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates mobile applications, including Stintly (each an "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name, email address (or Apple's private relay address), and a unique user identifier. No password is stored by us.
• Business & Financial Data: Information you enter into the App, including client details (name, email, phone, address), invoices, expenses, time entries, and tax-related data. This data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database.
• Receipt Images: Photos you capture or upload for expense tracking. Images are compressed and stored locally on your device.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and general diagnostic data.
• Purchase Information: Subscription status and purchase history, managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. No data is sent to our servers. If you enable iCloud, your data is synced across your devices through Apple's iCloud infrastructure, subject to Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide core App functionality (time tracking, invoicing, expense logging, tax calculations)
• Sync your data across devices via iCloud
• Manage your subscription status
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Improve our Apps
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In: For authentication (Apple's privacy policy applies)
• Apple iCloud: For data sync across your devices (Apple's privacy policy applies)
• RevenueCat: For subscription management and purchase validation. RevenueCat receives anonymous app user IDs and purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your financial data, client information, invoices, and expenses are never shared with or accessible to us or any third party. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With RevenueCat for subscription management (anonymous identifiers only)
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Srisan LLC, our users, or others

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all App data by deleting the App from your device. If you use iCloud sync, you can also delete your data from iCloud through your device's Settings. To request deletion of any data we may have received through support interactions, contact us at the email below.

7. Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security, including optional Face ID or Touch ID authentication within the App. Data synced via iCloud is encrypted by Apple. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information

Since your data is stored locally, you can access, modify, or delete it directly within the App at any time. To exercise any rights related to data we may hold, contact us using the information below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
